It looks like Trump just signed an executive order to no longer consider disparate impact as evidence of civil rights violations. Guess they don’t really care about rooting out antisemitism in college campuses. Who would have thought?
So you expect the courts to hold a "decision-maker" in contempt for ignoring their orders? Their response will be that there is only one decision-maker in this administration, and you already said he's immune.
Can I file some sort of petition to request what the Fifth Circuit *would have* said on the Alien Enemies Act relief? I'm saddened to be deprived of their boundless wisdom.
Great episode. Not that Harvard isn't the perfect target, but the old saw when I was growing up was Harvard=pretension, Princeton=snobbery, Yale=elitism. Maybe the Ivy League cultures have oozed together.
