Fans Willis's other RICO clusterfuck limps toward resolution; Arizona's AG looks into whether Trump threatened Liz Cheney; Donald Trump sues CBS over its coverage of Kamala Harris.
I would like a "where are they now" segment maybe like once a year to cover if things like the goat case ever wrapped up. Nothing in depth, just follow up on the more one off cases.
glad for the Dunphy piece. Main thing I remember other than all the squicks was that she referenced him having 5 residences that I've not seen referenced in his other cases. Whee.
I listened to this today - Nov 6, after the results came out. It helped me calm down to hear you two discuss things that were unrelated to the election. Thank you.
But now, especially after reading "And Yet It Moves" from Ken, I am now hankering for an episode. Specifically, I am already reading about the DoJ winding down their cases / investigations against Mr. Trump. And I wonder if he will EVER be held accountable for anything. Will the statute of limitations run out by 2029? Will anyone (Georgia) be able to proceed? Etc.
Or does he "get away with it"?
Also if anyone knows a short (Trump supporters can't really read or understand long, nuanced explanations) video or web page explaining why Mr. Trump's document case is different than Mr. Biden's, Mr. Pence's, etc., I'd appreciate it.
Entertaining aside: Josh triggered "Apple Intelligence" on my phone at the end of the episode by saying "Serious Trouble" when I was listening to the show over a bluetooth speaker close to my phone.
I don't think there was one. The podcast has a guaranteed number of episodes per year, less than 52. I think it was 48 or something, but don't remember for sure.
We started out saying "at least 40" but we omit a lot fewer weeks than that, so now we say "approximately 50." The next episode will be early next week.
In case anyone missed it Shasta Co. settled over Cedar the goat.

Well hot dog. Thanks.

It was a good idea to release today. Thank you both!

It looks like Judge Liman didn't buy Rudy's Emergency Podcast excuse for re-scheduling his 11/7 appearance

Did I miss last weeks episode? 🤷🏻♂️
