Sean Combs is acquitted, except on the least serious charges; Pam Bondi tries to explain that she never had an Epstein client list; Josh and Ken discuss orgasmic meditation.
On a different note, could some states sue the federal government for failing to enforce the TikTok ban in the same way some states tried to sue the Biden administration over border law enforcement?
I have quite a bit of experience with RIF processes. It is very complex as a process, and done legally takes quite a while to 1) target 2) describe affected areas and 3) do a bump and retreat process very exactly prescribed. So far the firings as I know about them have violated multiple laws and regulations and agencies are spectacularly clueless about RIF.
One of the reasons I think the Epstein conspiracy theory of protection from prosecution by the powers that be was essentially that very thing by Florida. Ken stated how horrific the allegations and evidence (the department identified as many as three dozen underage girls who had been trafficked for sex by Epstein—the youngest imported from the Balkans at age 14) was yet, for all that horror, he received a staggering 13 months in a work-release program that allowed him to spend as much as 12 hours a day outside jail. A sentence for a mere counts of solicitation of a minor for prostitution. If that doesn’t scream protection or leverage or something I don’t know what does

RE: Albrego Garcia
Fellas, is the judge having to listen to the ReTrumplican't DOJ lying bullshit now considered "long suffering"?
Is law enforcement required to have identifying insignia, or is that just a norm?
Same for covering their faces; just a bad look?

Ok, while I laughed at the Libertarians being excited about monetizing masturbation quip, you really had to work hard to get there.
